Unique Team Growth Approaches

The Five Behaviors stands out as a singular team growth tool by fusing Patrick Lencioni’s established teamwork model with individual insights gained from personality evaluations, such as Everything DiSC®. This combination fosters personal growth and encourages team members to implement enduring changes that enhance performance.

Evolving Team Growth

The Five Behaviors uncovers the inherent strength of collective effort using a validated, transformative learning journey. A tailored profile, comprehensive guidance, and purposefully crafted post-program resources unite to formulate this unique course, aiming to cultivate more unified and efficient teams.

A Cohesive, Productive Dental Team:

  • Makes better decisions, faster
  • Avoids wasted time and energy on team politics, confusion, and destructive conflicts
  • Avoids wasted time discussing the wrong issues and revisiting the same questions because of a lack of buy-in
  • Establishes a distinct edge over competitors
  • Feels safe expressing their opinions or asking for help when necessary
  • Is committed to the team goals
  • Ensures mutual responsibility and accountability - so leaders spend less time managing team members
  • Has more fun—and delivers results!

What to Expect from the Cohesive Dental Teams Clinic

This program assists teams in comprehending their performance in the critical elements of The Five Behaviors model: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best way to host a CDT Clinic?

Ideally, this would be conducted at a 1- or 2-day off-site or team retreat. Get your team out of the office, find a neutral space where we can build in some time for the team to relax and enjoy each other's company in a low-key environment. This material requires team members to be vulnerable and can involve discussions on difficult topics. They will need a "brain break" or two. Cater in meals or plan time to go out to dinner. This doesn't have to be a luxury vacation (unless you want it to be), but plan to treat your team to something that makes this a positive experience.

Alternatively, you are welcome to host the clinic at your office. Plan to schedule the day free of patients or other work to give the team sufficient time to focus on the material and strengthening connections.Al

Can this program be hosted virtually?

Truthfully, it's best facilitated in-person. If virtually is absolutely the only way that works for you, we'll make it happen. But there's far greater benefit in having the team in the same room with the facilitator.

Why do I need to schedule a Discovery Call?

We want to design a program that's as unique as your team. The best way to do that is by having a conversation with your facilitator. Ask questions, share any current issues your team is experiencing, and learn more about how The Five Behaviors can bring your team together.

Is there a limit on the number of team members I can bring to a CDT Clinic?

The CDT Clinic can work with teams of all sizes; however, there are varying approaches for teams of different sizes. For a large, multi-location practice or a practice with more than 20 team members, we may opt to work only with the leadership team or conduct more than one session across additional days. For example, Day 1 could look like an overview of The Five Behaviors with the entire team, while Day 2 is an in-depth exploration with the practice leader. Regardless of the number of people on your team, we will design a program that works for you.

What is the cost for the Cohesive Dental Teams Clinic?

The fee for the program will, of course, depend on the type of program we design for you as well as the number of team members attending, plus travel expenses for the facilitator. Schedule your Discovery Call to discuss your needs, potential program design, and the associated fees.
